Student Service Representative

Zoni’s Student Service Representatives are experts providing excellent service to our students, administrative support to our offices, providing information and responding to inquiries from students and staff. They register and enroll prospective students working collaboratively with various teams within the organization.

• Provide information of all Zoni programs
• Provide information about Zoni language products to all prospective students
• Display or demonstrate Zoni English programs emphasizing school features
• Send and respond to inquiries about Zoni products to all prospective students by e-mail and other authorized channels
• Respond to all telephone calls and emails
• Answer inquires to all prospective students
• Make follow-up phone calls to students who have dropped out of Zoni English classes as well as other types of follow-up phone calls as needed and assigned
• Reach goals and objectives of student enrollment
• Assist to collect registration, tuition, and other payments
• Provide excellent student service at all times
• Support all Zoni offices worldwide

This position requires your full attention and commitment. If you intend to juggle multiple jobs simultaneously, this role may not be suitable for you. Please note that while this is a remote position, it demands alignment with the company's mission and values to ensure team cohesion and dedication.

We have previously encountered challenges with remote collaboration, including difficulty reaching team members and project stagnation. This has underscored the need for high levels of self-discipline to maintain productivity, especially in a remote setting.
